Robert (Bob) Henry Stoll; 81, of Bonita Springs, passed away on June 9, 2017. Bob passed away as he lived his life surrounded by his family. He fought a short but valiant battle against MDS (Myelodysplastic Syndrome).
Bob was born in Jersey City, NJ on May 8, 1936. He graduated from Jersey City State Teachers College with a degree in Education. Newark State College provided Bob with a Masters degree in Administration. In 1978, Bob graduated from Rutgers State University with a Doctorate in Education.
Dr. Stoll was an employee of the Mt. Olive School System in NJ for over 38 years where he held many top administrative positions.
Bob was married to his long time sweetheart Jeanne Deuchar Stoll. He has one loving daughter, Karen of Naples, and the love of his life, his granddaughter, Katelynn of Delaware. He also leaves behind his faithful companion, Maddie.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Gertrude (Hoagland) Stoll. He is survived by a brother Frank (Barbara) of Arizona; his brother in law George L Deuchar (Anna) of NJ and several nieces and a nephew.
Bob was a reliable and compassionate volunteer for Hope Hospice. He had a passion for golf and was a member of Spanish Wells Country Club. Bob had a hole in one at Cherry Hill Golf Course in Stroudsburg, PA. He was also a member of the Mens FF Breakfast Club.
Bob enjoyed traveling and had a passion for adventures such as climbing Mt Everest, biking across China and trekking the mountains for gorillas in Uganda. He is also a retired Army Veteran.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Hodges Funeral home in Naples, FL. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 from 6-8pm. A funeral mass will take place at St Johns Catholic Church in Naples, FL on June 14, 2017 at noon.
