Katherine G. Bristol, 63, of Estero, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 9, 2012. She is survived by her loving husband, Jeffrey; two daughters, Katharine A. Bristol (and fiancé Louis Morris) and Jillian A. Bristol; parents, John and Katherine Gerretsen; and a brother, Jon Gerretsen.
Mrs. Bristol was a member of Wildcat Run Country Club and a devoted tennis fan. As a retired nurse she was always the first to help anyone in need. She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her. She had a way of touching the hearts of everyone she met. She was a strong woman who always put her family first.
Memorial Services will be held at 11 am Thursday, November 15, 2012 at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Save the Manatee Club, 500 N. Maitland Ave, Maitland, FL 32751. 800-432-5646
