He was born in Fort Lauderdale, FL on December 3rd, 1953. James graduated from Pine Crest Preparatory School and received a BBA from Stetson University. He was married to Camilla Clark on August 27th, 1977 and she survives.
James had a career in technology/sales for Presidio, Motorola, 3Com, Stratus, PlumChoice and Sperry Univac. He was a member of the parish of St. Leo the Great Catholic Church and had a passion for reading, boating and being with family and friends.
He is survived by son James, IV; daughter Alicia; son Joseph; step-sister Judith Wallace and step-sister Stephanie Williams. He is preceded in death by daughter Christine and parents James Jr. and Mariellen.
Funeral Mass will be 2:00 P.M., Thursday, September 6, 2018 at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church in Bonita Springs, with graveside service to follow at Naples Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be directed to the American Lung Association.
