Gail Tomlinson

Gail Wall Tomlinson of Naples, FL passed away on August 12, 2017 surrounded by the love of her life, Leslie “Sonny” Tomlinson and family. She was born June 27, 1937 to Edward and Mary (nee Spradlin) Wall in Madison, TN.

Gail was a 1955 graduate of Charlotte High School and a 1958 graduate of the Baptist School of Nursing in Nashville, TN with her RN degree. On 1967, Gail married Leslie “Sonny” Tomlinson, and he survives. Also surviving, her son, Jack Lowe (Lisa) Beasley, chosen grandson, Adam (Rachel) Bomar, sister Gwen (Donald) Hayes of Franklin, TN, Joe (Debbie) Wall of Goodletsville, TN, sisters-in-law Nancy Weathers, Beverly Marguar of Murfreesboro, TN, bothers-in-law Billy (Doris) Tomlinson of Memphis, TN, and Larry Tomlinson of Murfreesboro, TN, and many nieces and nephews, cousins, special friends, Bill and Joy Bomar, Martha and Fred Woloshyn of Memphis, TN, and Janice and Paul Alford, and Vickie Larcheid of Naples, and many, many friends. She was preceded in death by her brother Ed Harris Wall.

Gail had a passion for traveling, she was always ready “to go”. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Avow Hospice 1095 Whippoorwill Ln, Naples, FL 34105, or to a charity of your choice in Gail’s name. Tennessee Celebration of Life will be held 2:00 PM on September 23, 2017 at The Moran House at River Rest Estates off Hillsboro Rd, Franklin, TN.
