Colette H. Allen was born in Bellevue, Ohio on September 20, 1954. She passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side. She leaves behind a husband, Robert C. Allen; son, David M. Allen (Susie); daughter, Lisbeth N. Johnston (Ben); nine grandchildren; four grandkids; and three brothers. She is preceded in death by both her parents, Donald and Bettie Hasselbach; and one brother.
