Bonnie Jean Smith of Naples, Fl. Passed away on January 19th, 2023. She was born in Bird City, Kansas on December 8th 1923. She was married to John William Smith on August 2nd, 1947.
She worked as a telephone operator and retailer. She was a member of several bridge groups. Bonnie enjoyed scotch, her favorite baseball team the Tampa Bay Rays, and the excitement of bull riding. She had a passion for shopping for clothing, antiques, shoes and jewelry. Along with her country music who’s favorite artists are Willie Nelson, George Jones, George Straight, and Dean Martin.
Bonnie is survived by her daughter: Robyn Linell Weakley and her son in law: Robert Richard Weakley. Bonnie is preceded in death by, Woody Wilson, Wes Wilson, Gerald Wilson, Hester Norman, and Charlotte Aber.
Funeral arrangements will be held on Thursday, January 26th at 1:00pm at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens.
