Deborah was born July 11, 1954 in Hanna, Alberta. She was a woman who lived a rich and full life where her main interests were family, friends, travel, and work. She was a much loved sister to two brothers and two sisters, and Auntie to nine nieces and nephews and their subsequent 15 children. Deb was a friend to a small group of people with whom she travelled and worked. She was bitten by the travel bug early and during her life visited over 225 places, some of them several times. As a business woman, Deborah had many roles in the financial services industry, mainly with Alberta Treasury Branches and Coastal Community Credit Union.
On August 6, 2019 in Nanaimo, BC, after a seven year battle with cancer, Deborah moved on to new adventures.
