Frances Pauline Martines Hunt

Her funeral service is scheduled on Saturday, August 9 at 2:00 pm at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Joseph Lourdusamy officiating. Interment will follow at Moral Cemetery next to the church.

Mrs. Hunt is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Pete, Carl, Phillip, Thomas and Edward Martines; sisters, Beatrice Whitton and Aline Rodrigues; nephews, Victor Rodrigues, Glenn Martines, Vann Martines; nieces, Lola Martines and Martha Silva.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, A.W. Hunt ; daughter, Annette Hunt; nephews Richard Martines, Barry Martines, Daniel Rodrigues, Langston Martines, David Martines; nieces, Monica Mooman Sherry Ferguson and Julie Ackerman.

Mrs. Frances Pauline Hunt is affectionately known as “Polly” to her friends and family and will not be forgotten. Pauline was a beautiful woman inside and out full of caring for others and loving. Everyone she met loved her and she never met a stranger! She worked for Wal-mart as a greeter and was highly skilled in Risk Management. Pauline was a committed lifelong Roman Catholic and she gladly served her church. She was part of the Ladies Guild of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was very neat and kept a very clean and organized house because that was the territory she was given to manage. Pauline was a sharp dresser and always was concerned for others before herself. Heaven gained an angel and we will miss her dearly.
