Linda was a graduate of Reeths Puffer High School. After high school she attended Grand Valley State University where she obtained her master’s degree. She worked at Howmet Corporation in Whitehall for many years where she retired as the Information Technology Manager of Corporate Systems.
Linda liked spending time with her family playing cards and watching football. She and her sister, Rose, made holiday meals together which were often followed by several games of cribbage.
Linda was inducted into the Greater Muskegon Bowling Association Hall of Fame in 2009. She liked to spend time bowling with her friends. She also enjoyed playing golf with the many friends she had made throughout the years. Linda always had a warm and welcoming smile on her face.
Linda is survived by her sister Rosemary (Gary) Greiner, her brother Michael (Pam) Hild, her nephews Robert (Meghan) Greiner, and Daniel Greiner
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Shirley (Sisson) Hild.
There will be a private graveside memorial with a celebration of life to be planned for a future date.
