Julia was a devoted Catholic and loved to spend time with her family. She enjoyed gardening, going out to eat, listening to country music, and spending time with her grandchildren. Julia had a special place in her heart for all children, especially babies. She was a very caring and loving person, and would do anything for anyone. She had a heart of gold and was always there for her family. Julia was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She will be deeply missed.
Julia was preceded in death by: husband, John David Bradfield; parents, Garrit and Helen Houseman; brothers, Jim, Virgil, Ed, John, Raymond and Bob; and sisters, Rita, Eleanor.
Julia is survived by: children, John (Anna) Bradfield, and Joe Bradfield; and grandchildren, Corey, Collin, and Travis.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 11:00am. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the start of the service. All services will be held at Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel, 1783 E. Keating Ave. Muskegon, MI 49442. A private Interment will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Muskegon immediately following the service at the funeral home. A luncheon will be held at the funeral home following the memorial service.
