P.R. Richardson

P.R. Richardson, age 73, passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Ascension St. Thomas West Hospital. Mr. Richardson was the son of the late Henry Cecil and Mae Rose Nix Richardson. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Kathryn Richardson; daughter, Kelli Harrington and her husband Jon; son, Todd Richardson and his wife Shelley; grandchildren, Brian Harrington and his wife Tami, Nathan Harrington and his fiancé Kathia, Tyler Richardson, Ellie Richardson and Savannah Richardson; brothers, Jim Richardson and his wife Brenda, David Richardson and his wife Teresa and Steve Richardson and his wife Melinda, along with several nieces and nephews. Services to celebrate Mr. Richardson will be at Two O’clock the afternoon of Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Roselawn Funeral Home with Pastor Josh Walton and Pastor Shelby Smith officiating. Placement will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends are cordially invited to visitation also on Thursday, August 26, 2021 from Twelve noon until the service begins at Two O’clock.

Mr. Richardson had a great love for his family, for whom he was so proud of. As a Civil Engineer, he received his BS from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and therefore he was a huge supporter of the University of Tennessee Football and all things “Big Orange.” He found enjoyment in fishing and being outdoors.
