Pearl Ann Gardner Crips, age 76, of Lascassas, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2023 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. She was surrounded by family. Mrs. Crips was the daughter of the late Marion Crutcher and Clyta Lavergne Callis Gardner. She is survived by her husband of over 48 years, Thomas Crips Sr; son, Paul Crips and his wife Josephine; daughter, Crystal Faith Graham and her husband Ron; step son, Thomas Crips, Jr; grandchildren, Paul Crips, Jr. and his wife Allison, Elizabeth Marie Quick and her husband Matthew, Gabriel Crips, Sophia Crips, Kala White and her husband Dewey, Ashton Crips, Tyler Crips and his wife Miranda, Courtney Jones, Taylor Harmon and Eric Williams and Nathan Graham and his wife Sarah; 10 great grandchildren; sister, Linda Clark; and brother, David Gardner. Visitation will be Thursday Feb 9, 2023 at Roselawn Funeral Home from 4pm to 8pm. Services to celebrate Mrs. Crips will be at Two O’clock the afternoon of Friday, February 10, 2023 at Roselawn Funeral Home with Rev. Trey Carey and Rev. Don Morris officiating. Placement will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens with grandsons as pallbearers. Pearl was a member of the Fellowship United Methodist church in Murfreesboro TN. She had a passion for quilting and was a part of the “Linus Ministry” that makes and donates quilts to the Monroe Carol children’s hospital. Memorials may be made to the Linus Ministry at Fellowship United Methodist Church in Murfreesboro.
