Marynell B. Moody “Cookie”, age 80, passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at TriStar Century Hospital. Ms. Moody was the daughter of the late Walter and Bessie Baker Young. She is survived by her son, Ernest Moody and his wife Heidi; sister, Ethel Delaney; brothers, Lawrence Young and his wife Michelle and Lambert Young; grandchildren, Marcel D. Jackson, Ikea Jackson and her husband Scotty Jones; great grandchildren, Jayden Jones, Hunter Jones and Marsha Jones; and niece/daughter, Stacey Haralson. Services to celebrate Ms. Moody will be at One O’clock the afternoon of Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Roselawn Funeral Home with placement to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends are cordially invited to visitation also on Saturday, March 19, 2022 from Twelve noon until the service begins at One O’clock.
