She was born on Sept. 25, 1940, and married James (Jim) Hines on April 8, 1961. They had 5
children: Jill Smithers, Julie, Tim, Tom, and Jim Hines. She enjoyed taking care of her family,
flower gardens and family events.
Loretta is survived by her brother, Jim Clark, and her sister, Barbara Reese, as well as her children, 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and a grand-fur baby.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Phil, Richard, and Gary Clark.
Calling Hours will be on Sept. 8 at 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM with services and burial following at Elm Ridge Funeral Home and Memorial Park.
