Kathleen M. Davis

Muncie- Kathleen M. Davis, age 96 passed away Monday, April 4, 2016. Kathleen was born July 24, 1919 in Cross Roads, Indiana to Merle and Edith Miller Swanger. Kathleen had worked as Chief Deputy Clerk at the Delaware County Assessor's Office, and worked as a clerk at Star Press Credit Union. She had been a member of the Moose Lodge, Eagles Ladies Auxiliary and Warner Gear Sympathy Club. Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents, and sister Donna Mae Sipe. Kathleen is survived by her family, sons Jack (Ann) Oliver, and Jan (Janice) Oliver; grandchildren, David (Roxanne) Oliver, Kristie (Tim) Adams, Amy Oliver, Laura (Peter) Drumm, Nicole (Anthony) Morris, and Brice (Sarah) Oliver; 11 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren; sister Betty Williams. Visitation will be Friday, April 8, 2016 at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 W. Kilgore Ave., Muncie from 10:00 am till 12:00 pm. Services to celebrate the life of Kathleen will follow visitation at 12:00 noon. Burial will be in Elm Ridge Memorial Park.
