She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her grandchildren would say she was ALWAYS funny, would make them laugh whether it was riding bikes with them, cleaning spaghetti off the kitchen ceiling, visiting the parks and parades, even from some of her final breaths from a hospital bed. She was married to Vories “Blackie” Perron, a retired mail carrier, for almost 49 years. She retired from Cameron Telephone Company where she worked there for over 20 years. We will all miss her love and laughter until we see her again!
She is preceded in death by her parents, Bill & Jane McHan; her sister, Bobbi Hopkins; and her son, Bobby Earl Tubbs II.
Those left to cherish her memories include her beloved husband, Vories "Blackie" Perron; her daughters, Cindy Williams of Baton Rouge, LA, and Shari Nutter and husband Jeff of Sugar Land, TX; her step-sons, Anthony W.P.
