Patricia Ann Febuary, 82, of Packwood, Washington, passed away April 24, 2023 at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, Vancouver, Washington. January 7, 1941 Patricia was born and later adopted by Elza Bowers and Molly Johnson-Bowers in Shinnston, West Virginia. She had one sibling, Norma Knight, her sister.
Patricia graduated from Braxton County High School in Sutton, West Virginia in the class of 1957.
August 3, 1957 Patricia married Charles Febuary after her graduation and they traveled around the country with his service in the United States Air Force. After the arrival of their four children, Charles, Dianna, Lorrie, and Timothy, they were transferred to Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage, Alaska. Together, they lived there for 10 years. Patricia worked at the Municipality of Anchorage as a Property Administrator from 1968 to 1978.
Their military travels came to an end and Patricia’s family moved to Woodbine, Georgia. She started her career at Lockheed Martin in 1982 and retired after 20 years of work in 2002 as a Classified Records Administrator.
Following Patricia’s retirement, she decided to join her husband Charles on the road where they traveled the country for Charles’ job as an Electrical Engineer with Fluor Daniel. Charles’ retirement called for a move West, naming Packwood, Washington home in 2007.
Patricia was preceded in death by her mother, Molly Johnson-Bowers; father, Elza Bowers; husband, Charles Febuary; son, Charles (Chuck) Febuary; daughter, Dianna Anderson; granddaughter, Jessy Falldorf-Korac; and grandson, Brandon Febuary.
Survivors include her son, Timothy Febuary; daughter-in-law, Lori Shepherd; daughter, Lorrie Febuary; grandson, Bryan Falldorf; and her great granddaughter, Celeste Carter.
Patricia was an active member of the Family Worship Center in Randle, Washington. She had great love for her dogs and used to show them; enjoying a dog show on television was a favorite pastime. She liked to sew and garden, work with her hands, and worship the lord. Patricia fiercely loved her family and will be missed by many. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brown Mortuary Service, Morton.
