Joan was born in Hancock County, to Arch and Mary E. Wolfe, who preceded her in death, along with her sister, Beth Lane.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Rick Reynolds; sister: Vicki Mahan (Fayne); nephews: Gavin and Cory Mahan; 3 great nieces, and a great nephew. Brothers-in-law: Buddy Lane, Terry Ludzenski (Tonie), Todd Ludzenski (Amy); sister-in-law: Monette Cavin (Cliff).
She was employed at BASF for many years as a supervisor. After retirement from BASF, she served as assistant director of the Morristown Senior Citizens Center until retirement. She attended Lakemore Church of God and served as their treasurer and secretary.

Visitation will be Monday, Dec. 16, 2024 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Stubblefield Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 PM with Pastor Robert Carpenter officiating
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2024 at 1:00 PM in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
