Daniel Singleton, age 72, of Morristown, passed away at home on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 with his beloved wife of 51 years, Patricia “Leeroy”, and his daughter, Tammie, by his side. He was retired from Mahle and loved fishing, hunting and watching NASCAR and Mecum. Preceding him in death were his parents, Madison and Willene Singleton; granddaughter, Kori Lee Danielle Singleton; furbabies, Little Man, Prissy and Chevy; and four sisters and two brothers.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Singleton; daughter, Tammie Singleton; furbabies, Zippy, Hottie and Roddie; brother, Bill (Bonnie) Singleton; sister, Cheryl (Leroy) Marshall; three great-nephews who called him “Papaw”, Daniel, Mason and Cooper; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home on Saturday, September 14, 2019 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. with interment following in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
