Charles Bernard Duncan

Preceding him in death were his wife of 58 years Phyllis (Peck) Duncan; parents, Joseph Murrell Duncan and Laura Maxine (Barnett) Duncan.

He is survived by his children, Val Duncan, Alan (Lisa) Duncan, Christopher Duncan, Wendy (Shawn) Seal; brothers, Troy (Sue) Duncan, Roy (Christine) Duncan, Jimmy (Mary) Duncan; sisters, Bobbie Pruitt, Sandy (Jerry) Henson, Judy Duncan Elkins; grandchildren, Brittany Moore, Pashence “Alex” (Marcos) Paredes, Leslie Berquist, Abby Duncan, Austin Duncan and Ian Seal; great-grandchildren, Adrian Duncan, Anthony Duncan, Alicia Duncan, Angel Duncan, Alex Duncan, Ayden Corbett, Karsen Sanders and Ethan Robertson. The family would also like to give a special thank you to Smokey Mountain Home Health and Hospice for being so amazing.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 from 12 – 2 p.m. in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home. The funeral will follow at 2 p.m. with Rev. Troy Duncan officiating. A graveside service will be held in Hamblen Memory Gardens following the funeral.
