Billy Ralph Mills, age 89, of Mooresburg, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, October 1, 2023. He was a member of Noeton Missionary Baptist Church. A loving father, husband, grandfather and great grandfather. Billy will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Preceded in death by his parents: Glen and Bertha Mills, brothers: Glen, Jr.; Harold Banes "Mussie" and sisters: Betty Jo Ellis, Minnie Sue Love, step sister: Freda Lawrence.
Bill leaves his wife: Carol Mills; sons: Jeff (Karyn) Mills and Bart Mills, close friend, Sally Mills; grandchildren: Bronson, Graham, Isaiah Mills; Jackie and Sara Mills. Great grandsons: Liam and Camden "Cammy" Murray.
The family will receive friends, Thursday, Oct. 5, 2023 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Stubblefield Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. Billy Couch, Rev. Scott Howerton and Rev. Jerry Sexton officiating.
Graveside services will be Friday, Oct. 6, 2023 at 11:00 AM in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
