Reggie’s journey through life was one marked by dedication, love, and a deep sense of purpose. During his time in the U.S. Navy in World War II, he found his calling as a diesel mechanic, a skill that would serve him well throughout his life. After retiring, Reggie discovered the joy of woodworking, creating beautiful pieces with his hands—most notably building his son’s barber shop and crafting a stunning armoire for his daughter-in-law. His love for his family was evident in the care he put into every project, big or small. In his later years, Reggie cherished fishing trips with his son, creating memories that would last a lifetime. A man of deep faith, Reggie accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior and was a proud member of the Lighthouse Community Church. He was also a proud veteran and an active member of the American Legion, embodying the values of service and community throughout his life.
