I am sad to hear of Helen’s passing. I worked with Helen at curves for a couple of years. I shared  many Tim Horton French Vanilla coffee’s with her listening to gym premixed music 8 hours day at 160 beats per min. Helen was generous, patient & kind and genuinely interested  in others. I know she deeply loved her family and friends. Helen will be missed.

It is with deep sadness that I have learned of the passing of Helen. She was like a second mother to me and i loved her very much. My deepest condolences to Bernie, Patrick and Sandra. I know how much she loved all of you and how much you all love her back. She was a strong, sweet and beautiful person inside and out and her memory will always live on and all those that knew her were very lucky. Will miss u Helen and love you always.
