Elaine was not only my sister, she was also my best friend. We shared so much together over the years. I am so grateful that we shared this special bond together. She always made sure there was a fresh batch of date squares ready when she knew I was coming for a visit. She granted me the favor of waiting for me  to be with her when she left this earth. I was alone with her and that moment was just so special.. I will never forget it. Rest in peace Elaine! I love you so much!

Andy and I were so sad to hear about Aunt Elaine's passing. We have the fondest memories of times spent altogether with her and Uncle Elwood.  Sorry we are not able to be with you all in person, but we are most definitely with you in spirit. Sending love and hugs to everyone.

I was so saddened to hear of Aunt Elaine’s passing. I am sorry that we were unable to attend the service in-person. I am hoping Uncle Elwood, Janice, Kevin and family find comfort in those beautiful memories of Aunt Elaine as a wife, mom, grandmother and sister.

It is with a heavy heart that I am sending  my deepest condolences of the loss of Elaine, a Dear Sister-in-Law and Friend.
I will always hold her near and dear to my heart , remembering each time I would come for a visit to her and Elwood’s home, she would always say to me, “Where are you going with those BIG shoes on?!  Elaine would always make me laugh, she didn’t like my “footwear”.!
Elaine was a great person to talk to and will be sadly missed by all the Family.

Elwood, Kevin and Janice. Denis and I (Tracy) were neighbor's with Elwood and Elaine for 20 yrs in St Philippe  We always considered you like family through the years and are completely saddened to hear of Elaine's passing. Our hearts break for you all during this difficult time.  We will not be able to attend the funeral. However we are there in spirit holding you all up.  We will follow the funeral on line and will call when you are feeling up to a visit soon. We love you Elwood dearly and will be thinking of you all on Saturday.  She was truly a very special lady and will always hold her dear in our hearts.
