Danny was a  longtime friend to the Tougas family, us having all grown up together in Verdun.  He was especially a friend to my brother Bert.  I remember Danny as such a sensitive, caring soul, with a distinctive chuckling laugh coupled with many a witty anectote. Oh Danny Boy,
When I think of you, I remember you firstly as Bert’s best friend when we were all just little tots,  picking the white berries from my mother’s bushes in our backyard..  I still remember the sound of your laughter.  In later years, I remember your immeasurable generosity and your great sense of humour…one of the wittiest and brightest minds I’ve known.  You will be greatly missed.
My sympathies to your wife Azurdee, your daughter Lena, and your sister Kathy.

I'm not sure how to describe the loss I'm feeling right now along with so many others. Danny you'd be better at this than I am. So, so much laughter. Taking comfort in all the memories we had over a lifetime. I miss you terribly and I love you my friend.

A long standing tradition with first grader classmates 68 years ago.

Danny with Victor and Pumpkin. He was a kind man with a special place in his heart for animals.

Mr Adams was always so kind when he had an appointement or randomly stopped by with a huge  couple bags of pastries from première moisson! Saying back when I first started " It's because Claire loves to snack ,Dr Bayat as well and some for the rest of the team!" So generous he was. 
In my later years at the clinic, he would stop by to chit chat in front of my desk at the secreteriat, as we had gotten more familiar with each other over time. He always talked about how much he adores Lina; that her art is amazing and her dancing is fantastic! 
I saw what a good relationship he had with Dre. Shiva & Dr Bayat over the years.
What a pleasure it was to know such a kind man. My condolences, I was very sad to learn the news of his passing.

It is with deep regret Danny that I cannot be at your service. I am booked to do a Christmas show at a Senior's Home and they are so looking forward to it. But knowing you, I'm sure you would want me to entertain the less fortunate instead. We had good times Danny. Drank some fine scotch and solved all the world's problems with Jim as our mentor. Now you can once again share a toast together and it won't be toto long before I'll join you both. My deepest condolence to Toya and Lena and Kathy.
