Paul Henderson Pierce of Montgomery, Alabama passed away on April 22, 2020, at the age of 84. He was born on July 5, 1935 in Butler County, Alabama and was a veteran of the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his mother, Lemma Henderson Pierce, his father, Thirl Pierce, and his son, Anthony Paul Pierce. He is survived by his daughters: Vanessa Wilson, Lena Floyd, Paula (Ron) Baker, and Regina (Joel) Brewer; grandchildren: Amanda (Tony) Turner, Natalie (Juan) Nieto, Brian (Liz) Wilson, Ashley (Brian) Harris, Ronnie Baker, Shirley Buchanan, Stephanie (Andrew) Hennigar, Michael Floyd, Hadyn Brewer, and Nate Brewer; 11 great-grandchildren, and his beloved dog Bubba. He was known for his strong work ethic and great sense of humor. The family would like to thank the staff at Crowne Health Care for their outstanding dedication and excellent care. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
