Kathleen E. Welch, 86, of Montgomery, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband C. E. Welch, and her parents Pete and Myrtie Thames.
She is survived by her son Scott Welch; and her grandchildren Braden Welch, Dawson Welch and Kalyn Welch.
She was a longtime member of Capitol Heights Baptist Church and a current member of Heritage Baptist Church. After 40 plus years of service she retired from the Alabama Licensing Board of General Contractors.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Heritage Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at New Harmony Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
