Jerry Wane Sims, 67, passed away at his residence on sept. 11, 2014. Jerry was predeceased by his parents, Wilburn and Dorothy Louise Sims and son Chris. He is survived by his wife Karen and sons Kevin and Jay; grandchildren Gabriel, Ashley and Jasmine; brother, Lynnn (Lisa); stepchildren, Jonathan (Cassie) Andrea(Shawn); step grandchildren, Madison, Cameron, Chip, Connor, Abby, and Carson.
Jerry was known for his love of music. He was a member of the band "Mustangs".
Graveside services for Jerry will be Sunday, Sept. 14, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Alabama Heritage Cemetery. Friends and family will meet at graveside.
Arrangements under the direction of Leak Memory Chapel, Montgomery, AL.
