I knew Hannah, her dad and a younger sister from their rehab office. Such a lovely girl inside and out and a joy to be around. God rest her soul.

It is with deep regret that Eagle Forum acknowledges the home going of our lovely board member, Hannah Ford.  On Sunday, January 17, she ascended to her heavenly home immediately as the victim of a three car crash, a block from her own Montgomery home.   We were privileged to have joined with her in prolife and sanctity of marriage causes in which she played leadership roles.  In her unassuming way, she was winsome and wise beyond her years. 

As others have acknowledged, Hannah was widely respected. She made a mark for good in the culture with her well-reasoned columns and her political and policy activism.  She was self taught not just academically, but musically, and she played the violin with Montgomery Symphony members just last month.  She made a mark in the lives of individuals who could see her faith personified.  Her genuine demeanor and clear witness made her a beacon of light for the Lord. 

While we will miss her smiling presence, we are blessed to have known Hannah.  Surely she heard: “Well done, thou good and faithful servant…and has entered into the joy of her Master.”

Visitation will take place from 6-8:00PM on January 22 at Young Meadows Presbyterian Church in Montgomery.   The celebration of life service will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM with limited seating, also at Young Meadows.

From the moment I met you, dear Hannah, you filled my heart with love.
You brought my son Winchester the brightest light of forever. 
I still hear the giggles you spread over our life-giggles of pure joy and you found joy in so Much! 
Your “that’s amazing. It really is!” will echo through the rooms of my home.
Words cannot express the depth of who you were, nor how much you meant to our entire family. No one has ever been loved by our whole family like you. You were a gift from God to remind us that such a beautifully pure hearted person still exists.
For a year you filled our home,our hearts, our lives. Forever we will love you, forever and ever.
Thank you precious Hannah for loving us. Thank you for loving my son so well. You were the love of his heart, the love I prayed for my son his whole life. Thank you dear girl🧡💔

Hannah, meeting you on many campaign trails made a difference in my life, I so respected you and  your good behavior even though you were so much younger than me, Our relationship was of kindred minds and love of God. I shall never forget your work on this earth for the good of mankind!Well done thy good and faithful servant. You were a blessing to me, your family, and all who knew you. We thank them for sharing such a light they were blessed with.

I will miss our road trips, our talks, our coffee breaks-which were many ❤️.  You were always a light in many lives... you were loved and will be missed by many.  I kept all your messages.  The last one has given us some peace:
“ I can’t wait for heaven!”  “No more mess. No more injustice. No more wrong. No more tears.”  “God is faithful “.   “We can not imagine the future, And honestly shouldn’t.  As thy days, so shall thy strength be.” Is the promise.”
This is how you will be remembered.  “Well done my good and faithful servant “.  Well done my sweet Hannah.

Hannah surely left an impact on this world. Thank you for sharing your daughter with the rest of us. I met her through being a patient of Dr. Ford's and her kindness to all the patients was evident.  She treated everyone as if she had known them for a long time. Sweet, sweet woman.

Hey girl. I miss your cooking, I miss your laugh and I miss your kindness. I could say a lot more but it would take a whole day to write that stuff. Thank you for showing me the true love of Jesus, being my real family and never giving up on me throughout the years.

Hannah always came into our church with a beaming smile. She was a kind, interesting young lady who wanted to be a friend to anyone who might come her way. I am glad that Hannah came to Eastwood Presbyterian Church, she loved to volunteer there showing her beautiful trait of serving others. One day I will see her again in our Father’s Kingdom.

Hannah Ford, the oldest child of the Tom Ford family was just 9 years old when the family moved to Montgomery. I remember her bright yet very sweet demeanor when I had the honor and pleasure of visiting with her in her father’s office. Hannah matured into such a loving, sincere, young Christian woman who yielded a bright light on our community. She will be missed. My love and heart goes out to her family.

I met Hannah over a decade ago at her father's physcial therapy clinic.  Such a wonderful young lady. She sent me a Christmas card a few times. The world has lost someone special and we weep for that but hers was a soul born to be in Heaven.  To Dr. Ford and his family I send my deepest condolences and my tears for the loss of your wonderful daughter Hannah.  You all are in my prayers

Hannah had a very appropriate nickname: Honey.  She was one of the sweetest souls I have known in this life.  She held fast and stood firm in her identity as the cherished daughter of The Most High King.  She shined His light and shared His love to all that she knew. She was a sinner, but the new person she was in Christ was nothing short of radiant and I can't help but understand why He wanted her Home with Him. 

I'll miss you, Honey, and can't wait until I get to see you again in Glory where we'll praise our Heavenly Father together for eternity. <3 

I first got to know Hannah in 2015 when I was working for Chief Justice Moore. When he came under fire for standing up for marriage, the Ford family became our greatest allies. The catalyst for them jumping into the fray was Hannah’s conviction that they should do something. 

I was amazed at how quickly and how effectively Hannah got involved in politics. I remember her leading the organization for pro-life day at the legislature. It seemed that she knew everybody. Not only was she good and remarkably courageous at what she did, but the love of Christ radiated as she did it.

After she largely got out of the political game, there was one thing that still stood out about Hannah that was far greater than anything else she had accomplished: she loved Jesus with all her heart. My wife remarked to me tonight that Hannah was a person that the world didn’t deserve. Hannah’s love for Jesus, for her fiancé, for her family, and for her friends was absolutely remarkable. Christ said the greatest commandments were to love God with all you are and to love your neighbor as yourself. Among the people I’ve met in this life who lived up to that standard, Hannah was undoubtedly one of the best.

For her many loved ones, Hannah leaves a legacy overflowing with generosity, graciousness, godliness, and giftedness. May our assurance that she has joined that great cloud of witnesses surrounding us encourage those touched by her life to "lay aside every encumbrance, and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith...." Even so, we will miss her deeply.
