Jerry was born on September 1, 1981. He passed away on August 26, 2022 at the age of 40 just shy of his 41st birthday unexpectedly.

Jerry graduated from Robert E. Lee High School. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Education Degree from AUM in 2006.

He served in the Coast Guard. He was working as department manager at Lowe’s in Wetumpka at the time of his death.

Jerry loved his Alabama football, going to the lake, and cooking. He was the best baby sitter for his nephews and loved them unconditionally. His friends have described him as always so energetic, the life of the party, always smiling and one of a kind guy. Jerry was known as “Jerrbear" to so many.

Preceded in Death by his father: Gerald Lee Conner, Jr.

Survived by his Mother: Margaret C. Conner. Sisters: Jennifer Pugh and husband Scott Pugh, Kimberly Adams and husband Jimmy Adams. Nephews: Conner Adams, Weston Adams, Granger Adams. Niece: Ellie Pugh. Aunts: Nancy (Dave) Brown, Betty (Eddie) Hooks, Judy Cordell. Uncle: Ralph (June) Conner. As well as several cousins and many lifelong friends.
