its been forever but I still think of you

Thinking of you my friend I know it's been some time but the pain still feels like it happened just yesterday... I know your family must feel the same so my thoughts and  prayers are still with them

I miss you so much I wish you were still here it been so long since you left and not one second of my life do you not run through my mind

I bought a journal yesterday. I will call it my DYLAN JOURNAL.  I will be writing in it every day. I want my conversations with my sweet D private.  I love & miss you so much my littlest  angel.

Your sweet mom came yesterday.  Her visit meant so much.  It changed my Sunday.  She is such a wonderful person. Our baby & you are her baby.  We all miss & love you so much.  But God in HIS goodness is showing us how to finish our journey here & hear what I know you heard "Well done D.

Oh my sweet D, how lonely & sad are my Sundays , I love & miss you so.

I know we live & die by God's pleasure. I know that everything that comes into our life is through HIS permissive will. The sadness I feel is sometimes so overwhelming I can barely breathe, Still I know God is my anchor in this storm so I cling to HIM with everything I am. I love & miss you so much my beloved D.

Every day I ask God how we are going to live our life without your sweet face & every day HE says trust me. So that is what we do my sweet D.  I love & miss you more than words can say.

Talked to your Mom this morning.  Had a long cry.  God is bringing to mind so many sweet memories.  One of the things I am most grateful for is that we all recognized what an amazing child & young man you were.  We have no regrets just hearts full of sweet memories .  I still love & miss you more than I have words for my precious D

I see your sweet face everywhere & I can almost feel those long arms hugging me.  I love & miss you so much my beloved D.

I know God has you in HIS keeping.  I have to hold you in my heart until we meet again. I love & miss you so much my sweet D. There are no words to describe our sadness.

To: "Maw" - while we can't personally understand or grasp your grief and saddness since it's a personal and inner-emotion; knowing this young man and the void his passing has made among the circle of earth's light, we do know it's well-deserved. Please know there are many here among you who also feel pain and loss, who in our own modest way, would like to help you carry your burden if in just a small or fractional manner. As a Christian, I feel mandated to reach out to you and help hold your hand in any way possible. I know personally about how this same thing both brought me to my knees in 2002, yet helped lift me up by Christ's grace and plan in 2003 through today.I never thought the darkness would end, but God made the light return. Not overnight, not as sudden as my loved one was taken from me, but in time to save and renew my spirit of life and love. Many of us are here, are moved by your messages to Dylan and may be contacted by email if you wish to communicate with others who feel your pain. I'm praying everyday for all of your family!! May Christ bless, comfort and hold and sustain you and D's entire family. D is well and whole again - we are the ones who need God's balm and comfort. Peace be with you my sweet Darling!

We are praying continuously for Scott, Michaelyn, Reid, and Alex...also for Karen and Greg and the rest of the family. We met Dylan the first time a couple of years ago when Scott and Jesse's sister, Michaelyn were dating. He was such a gentleman and really lit up the room. Since then, we have so many great memories of all the great times we shared with him at the lake and at Boggs. One of my fondest memories was this past spring we were all riding four wheelers at Boggs and he rode behind me and was so patient with me... I was getting stuck in every single mud hole. He started just pushing me through them with his four wheeler. We laughed so hard about it. We will never forget the good times. We love you!! Rachel, Jesse, Sara, and Carsen

My prayer is that God will give you the peace and comfort that you need to get through this horrible time.  Dylan was a great person and he will be missed!!!!

Karen, my heart is completely broken over the loss of your precious Dylan. He was such a sweet boy. What a beautiful smile he had. So kind... I have prayed for you constantly and will continue to lift you up. May God Almighty wrap his loving arms around you and comfort you today and always. I love you.

I'm sorry to hear of the loss of your loved one. May our Heavenly Father provide strength and comfort to your family during this time of grief. "For he is near to those broken at heart ". Ps 34:17,18.

Take comfort in knowing that now you have an amazing guardian angel to watch over you. My prayers are with all of you guys as you go through his loss.

May Christ's grace ease your sadness and grief. No one knows what you are going through, however, I do know that the door is not closed. You will be with Dylan again in a place where there is no hurt or trauma or dismay. He lives today. This is not the end!!!
