David Alex Morrow

David Alex Morrow of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on April 16, 2023, at the age of 56. David was preceded in death by his father Alex Morrow and his brother-in-law Marty Mueller. He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Sheila Morrow, his mother Myrl Morrow, his sister Susan Morrow Chandler, nieces Kayla (Chris) White and Ashton Brendle, great-nieces and great-nephews, Katelyn Holman; Landon, Logan, Grayson and Evie Kate White; Adalynn Cole, and numerous other nieces and nephews.

David worked as an independent contractor with PGT Trucking since December 2010. He received numerous awards and recognitions including being recognized as a new Million Mile Driver in 2022 and was also known as one of the safest and most reliable drivers at PGT Trucking. In his spare time, he loved being out on the water with his wife and family. When you couldn’t find him on the water, you could find him riding his Harley Davidson or watching Alabama football as he was an avid Alabama fan.

David’s Celebration of Life service will be held at Leak Memory Chapel in Montgomery, Alabama on Monday, April 24, 2023. Visitation is at 1:00 p.m., and the service will begin at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Ronald McDonald house.
