Christopher Albert Kaul

He was a graduate of St. James School in 1985 and attended Auburn University at Montgomery. His career included a long history of retail management. He was a member of Montgomery First Assembly of Montgomery, Al. At his church, he volunteered for the parking-lot security detail team and would offer his help wherever he was needed.

Chris' hobbies were many but a few include that he was a car enthusiast (especially the old classics), watching war movies and cheesy sci-fi's, traveling with his family, and he was a serious history buff!

He loved his family and was a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend to those who knew him. He loved Jesus with all his heart. He modeled a life of sacrifice and service to those he loved, always putting others ahead of himself.

He modeled to his sons the kind of man they should strive to be,and to his daughters- the kind of man they should strive to find.

Chris was proceeded in death by his parents Fred Kaul and Celeste Kaul, his in-laws James S. Milton and Lyndal English, his nephew Emil William Kaul III, and the mother of his eldest daughter, Shannon Peppers.

He is survived by his wife Jeannie Kaul, his children Morgann Kaul, Jalynd Kaul, Jarrod Milton (Brandi Hall), Jacob Ritchie, Jaymes Ritchie (Devon Morris), and Jonah Ritchie (Lexie), his brothers Emil William Kaul II (Susan) and David Kaul (Laura), his brothers-in-law Derek Milton (Marcy), Richard Brown, Bob Brown, Bill Brown (Sue), his mother-in-law Rose Milton, his grandson Jon Derek Milton, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends and special family friend Hannah Palmer "The Good Daughter."

Visitation will be held at 1:00 PM and funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, September 11, 2021 at White Chapel Funeral Home, 909 Lincoln Road, Montgomery, AL 36109, with David Kaul sharing personal thoughts and memories and Pastor Gregory Kelley officiating. The graveside service and interment will be announced at a later date. Mask are encourage, but not required.
