She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was born to Gene and Allene Hartzog on April 5, 1947 in Eufaula, Al. She spent most of her life in Montgomery, Al where she graduated from Lanier HS and received a B.A. degree from Huntingdon College and a M.E.D from Auburn University Montgomery. Her career was teaching in the Montgomery Public Schools for 25 years.
Mrs. Lawrence is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas F. Lawrence, Sr. She is survived by a son, Adam Vincent (Kadie), a sister, Jane Martin (Jere) and a nephew, Will Martin (Fabi).
Services will be held at Eastwood Presbyterian Church, 1701 E. Trinity Blvd. Montgomery, Al on May 6, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. with a reception to follow.
