Joyce Marguerite Lucas Bridges, age 83, of Montevallo, passed away on January 14, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Pickens Bridges; her son, Chris Bridges; her parents, Marie and Clay Lucas; and her sister, Shirley Cardone. She is survived by her children, Dawn Lucas, Cay (Steve) Alby, Jill Hendon and Matt (Kristen) Bridges; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The family will receive visitors on Thursday, January 17, 2019 from 1:00 until 2:00 PM at Rockco Funeral Home (Montevallo), with a graveside service to immediately follow at Montevallo City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Montevallo Boys & Girls Club or University Baptist Church.
