Tim Rayford Ross, 81, of Monroe passed away on December 12, 2018. He was born in Union County to the late Johnie and Nora Ross. Tim loved to be outdoors, checking the farm and riding his Gator with Sweet Pea. He loved his family and will be dearly missed.
Tim is predeceased by his precious wife of 54 years, Betty Jo Helms Ross and his brother, Johnny Carroll Ross. He is survived by his son, Andy (Betsy) Ross; daughter, Teresa Ross and the love of her life, Joe Birmingham; grandsons, Ethan (Mandy) Ross and Brady Ross; great-grandson, Luke Ross and siblings, Jocelyn Griffin, Tommy Ross, Bobby Ross and Lynda Ross.
The visitation will be at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Waxhaw on Friday, December 14 at 2:00 pm. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm with burial at the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Oak Grove Baptist Church, 4013 Newtown Road, Waxhaw, NC 28173.
