LeRoy H. Paulsen, age 93, passed away quietly on May 2, 2024. 62 year resident of Homewood, IL. United States Marine Corps veteran. Survived by his daughters Diane (David) Skold, and Amy Paulsen, his granddaughter, Bonnie Skold, and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his wife Joann (nee Roberts), his parents Albert and Lillian Paulsen, his siblings Wilma (Robert) Barnes, Robert (Dolores) Paulsen, Sr., Eugene (Ernestine) Paulsen and Walter (Violet) Paulsen, his sisters-in-law Shirley Saalman and Norma Bursell. Long time employee of Automatic Electric (GTE), Northlake, Illinois. Lifelong Cubs fan, organic gardener, crossword puzzle expert, proud grandfather; he will be forever loved, respected, and missed. Inurnment will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024 at Skyline Memorial Park and Crematory, Monee, IL.
