William Augustus Taylor – age 86; a native and resident of Mobile, Alabama, died peacefully Monday, August 3, 2020.

He is survived by his three children, Price (Sandy) Taylor, Gus Taylor, and Connie (Andrew) Pope; one sister, Helen Taylor (Danny) Logan; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gus and Helen Taylor, and two sisters Patricia Taylor Pickett and Joyce Elaine Taylor.

He loved his dog, Lucky, and Alabama football. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and playing the stock market.

A family graveside service will be held at Pine Crest Funeral Home on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers, a gift to your favorite charity would be appreciated. Arrangements by Pine Crest Funeral Home, 1939 Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile, Alabama.
