Patricia Markris Adams, also known as Patsy, was a native of Mobile, Alabama. Patsy passed away on September 21, 2021, at the age of 71. She was a lifelong member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church of Mobile and a longtime employee of Vision Partners. She was a long standing member of both Philoptochos and Daughters of Penelope. She was the most loving mother to her two children and the best YiaYia to her grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter, Jackie Adams Smith (Sean), her son, Angelo Adams (Jenna), two granddaughters, Averi and Hadley, sister, Adrianne Markris Kergis, and brother, Gus Markris (Margaret). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Mary Markris, and a brother, Aleck Markris. Services will take place at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church on 50 South Ann Street in Mobile, Alabama, on Monday, September 27, 2021. Visitation will be at 9:30 am followed by the funeral service at 10:30 am. Internment will be held at Pinecrest Cemetery Mobile, AL. in lieu of flowers,memorials in Patsy's memory can be sent to the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church.
