Johnnie Russell Williams, 68, of Satsuma, AL, passed away on April 26,2021.He was born in Leeds, AL, November 19,1952, son of the late Johnnie Edward Williams and the late Geneva Goodgame Williams Armstrong.
He is survived by his four daughters, Brigitte (J.J.) DuBose, Shelly (Lance) Hopson, Cassie (Alan) Cook, and Christie (Cleston) Roberts. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren, Brent (Megan), Chasity, Trey, Andrew (Caitlen), Connor, Luke, Sarah, Abigail, Madalyn, Colton, and three great-grandchildren, Layla, Aiden, and Rhett.
Russell graduated from Leeds High School, Leeds, AL, Class of 1972 and went on to get his CDL where he
was a truck driver for twenty-five plus years. For the last 16 years he was employed by Wal-Mart in
Mobile, AL.
He was a diehard Alabama Football Fan, loved riding his Harley and spending time with his family.
A visitation service will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2021 from 2p.m.-4p.m. at Radney Funeral Home
on Dauphin Street Mobile, AL.
