Joan Frances Johnson, age 82 passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday August 20th.
She was a loving mother and a caregiver. She dedicated her life to taking care of her disabled child, Tiffany Johnson. Joan was a life-long fan of Elvis Presley. She enjoyed watching Alabama Football “Roll Tide”. Joan was a gifted artist and painted many beautiful works of art. Above all being a mother was the most important thing to her.
She is survived by her children Carla Miller, Robin Elliott, and Gene (Angela) Johnson. Her grandchildren Mandi (Josh) Cameron, Danielle Miller, Chad (Claire) Elliott and Tori (Darrel) McKee. Her great grandchildren Cassie Miller, Elle, Emmy and Millie Cameron, Kylan, Kimber, and Kasen McKee and Harper and Audrey Elliott. Her brothers Charlie (Marie) Nichols, Terrel (Bonnie) Nichols. Her sisters Connie Cullers and Patsy (Dickie) Pomeroy.
