James Clyde Butcher, 88, and a resident of Mobile, AL. passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2015. He was a proud WWII Marine Veteran who loved gospel music, especially old hymns. He also enjoyed SEC football, old western movies but most of all, he loved his family. James is survived by his adoring wife of 66 years, Patsy Jordan Butcher; his three daughters: Brenda Carlisle (Richard) Johnson, Tonya Lenay (Steve) Dezso, Denise Butcher (Scott) Jordan; his five grandchildren: Melissa (Scott) Kellner, Amanda (Kyle) Davis, Harrison Jordan, Nicholas Dezso, Natalie Dezso; and his two great-grandchildren: Noah Kellner and Stevie Davis. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, September 08, 2015 at noon at Radney Dauphin Street with interment at Mobile Memorial Gardens cemetery.
