Reverend David Charles Trosch - a native of Chicago, IL and a longtime resident of Mobile, AL, died Friday, October 12, 2012 at the Allen Memorial Home.
Fr. Trosch served as a priest of the Archdiocese of Mobile. Throughout his life, he championed the cause to put an end to abortion. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Peter and Bernice Bradford Trosch; and two sisters, Charlene Halpin and Marice Carbon.
He is survived by one brother, Louis Paul (Anne) Trosch; two sisters, Gloria N. Trosch and Helene M. Leuser; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 A.M. on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 from Corpus Christi Catholic Church. The family will receive friends from 9 A.M. until 10 A.M. on Wednesday at the Church. Interment will be in Catholic Cemetery.
