Anita Henderson Fratto

Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Radney Funeral Home located at 3155 Dauphin Street, Mobile, Al 36606.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Radney Funeral Home with Father Neske of Holy Family Catholic Church officiating. Burial will follow at the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery located at 34904 Alabama State Highway 225, Spanish Fort, Alabama.

Anita was born in Greenville County, Mississippi to Horace Thornwell and Zolla May Henderson on May 19, 1930. She married Marcel Lou Fratto November 30, 1984 in Mobile. She attended the Mobile Infirmary School of Nursing and worked as a Nurse in the Recovery Room at Mobile Infirmary Hospital for 30 years. After retiring she worked part-time for Saad’s Rehab and Nursing as a Skilled Nurse.

Mrs. Fratto is survived by her husband, Marcel L. Fratto and children, Philip Williams, Susan Esckelson, Tee Cannon and Paul Williams. She is also survived by sister Joan Belcher, brother-in-law Bert Belcher, grandchildren Heather Anderson, Derek Esckelson, Jay T. Loper and Jacob Williams and great-grandchildren, Victoria Anderson Davis; Wread Anderson, Zoe Anderson and Pepper Esckelson.
