Allison Ann Deas born on June 13, 1970, in Mobile, Alabama, daughter of Patricia Ann (Gates) and Thomas Allen Deas, passed away December 7, 2016. She was a graduate of St. Luke's Episcopal School and Murphy high Schoolk where she was an Azalea Trail Maid 1987-88, graduating with a Psychology degree from LSU in 1991. She began her career as a social worker in Mandeville, Louisiana. She also worked as a behavioral specialist and at Habitat for Humanity in Mobile. She was preceded in death by her father Thomas A. Deas, her maternal grandparents S.L. and Bernice Gates (Saraland), and her paternal grandparents Sam and Addie Deas (Salitpa). Allison is survived by her Mother Patricia Ann Rejda and step-father Paul Rejda, sister Alicia Deas, step-brother Jonas Justin and Kevin Rejda, aunts/uncles Diane and Steve Fountain, Donna and Sam Gates, Bonita and Warren Deas, and many cousins. Many, many thanks to Allison's adopted Aunt Sheila White, Kathy Tillman, physical therapist Tim Douglas, hairstylist Kristina McMichael and Donna Furrow, Chad Dyas (Out and About Transportation), and Dr. Reese Dill, without all of whom life would have been a lot more difficult. Allison loved music, reading books, and creating computer art, which was featured in the "Expressions of Courage" book published in 2006 by National Epilepsy Association. You Now rest in the arms of Jesus and his angels who will do for you what doctors on this earth could not do- make you well and whole again. We love you and wish you peace on your beautiful journey. A celebration of life service with the family will be at later date.
