Mr. Harold Alton Allen Jr.

After High School Harold enlisted in the Air Force in March of 1951 where he served honorably until his discharge in January of 1955. He attended Cal Poly Pomona where he majored in engineering then changed to business. After college Harold worked for 30 years as a service engineer at IBM, before retiring in 1991.

Giving back and helping others was important to Harold. He was a 5 year trustee and was actively involved with the community outreach with the Elks organization. Harold loved woodworking, fishing, gardening and golf, but his real passion was his wife and family. His faith and spending time with his family was of utmost importance to him. Harold and Nancy celebrated their 68 year wedding anniversary on April 6th. Their relationship was one to be admired, one filled with love, humor and companionship.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents Harold Alton Allen Sr. and May Allen (Chaplin) and his brother Richard Allen

He is survived by his wife Nancy Lee Allen (Stuchell) and his children Michael D Allen (Sherrie), Denise L Helstrom (Robert ), Debra A Parish (Vince), Diane M Otto; his grandchildren Taylor Allen, Reece Allen (Sterling), Dillon Frank, Kyle Helstrom and his great grandson Callum

The family would like to thank Kyleen Reed, Juvelia Charco, Visiting Angels, and Tha Hutchins RN for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in his final days. We would also like to thank all the friends and family who provided support in countless ways.
