Maria San Juana Hernandez, 90, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 in McAllen. She was born on November 15, 1925 to Cipriano and Guadalupe Trevino. She was a devoted loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was very strong willed, wise, creative and talented. She is preceded in death by her husband Felipe Hernandez. Maria San Juana is survived by her 6 children: Ofelia H. Padilla (Raymundo), Angelica H. Cerda (Hector), Faustino Hernandez (Oralia), Oralia H. Tinoco (Serafin), Olivia H. Longoria (Rogelio) and Maria De Los Angeles H. Cuellar (Pablo). Maria San Juana also leaves behind 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren whom she loved and cherished very much. Family will receive friends on Thursday, March 17th, from 2 pm to 9 pm and Friday, March 18th from 10 am to 9 pm with a 7 pm Rosary service both days at Funeraria Del Angel Chapel A in Mission. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 19th at 10 am at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church in Mission. Burial will follow to Guadalupe Cemetery in Pharr, TX.
