He is survived by his wife Gloria Cruz; his sons Hector Javier Cruz III and Eliazar Cruz; by his father Hector Javier Cruz Sr.; and by his brother Pablo Cruz.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Funeraria Del Angel from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 3, 2021 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
