Armando Guzman Sr

He was a 1959 graduate of La Joya HS. Armando was an owner of "Economy Wheel Alignment Co." in McAllen for 37 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents Andres and Adela Guzman; and by his siblings Adrian, Nasaria, Rene and Andres.

Armando is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Guadalupe "Lupita" Guzman; his children Armando(Sandra) Guzman, Jr., Carlos (Dahlia) Guzman and Ann Marie(Artemio) De la Fuente; his grandchildren Brianna Renee, Lauren Ashley, Jessica Deneé, Sydney Cristine, Vanessa Reneé, Artemio III, Carlos Joaquin, and Ariana Marie; and by his siblings Adalia(Manuel) Ramirez, Amelia(Rolando) Villarreal, Thelma(Oscar Ayala) Guzman, Andres(Petra) Guzman, and Alfonso(Belinda) Guzman.

Serving as pallbearers will be Armando Guzman, Jr., Carlos Guzman, Carlos Joaquin Guzman, Artemio De la Fuente, Andres Guzman, and Alfonso Guzman. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Artemio De La Fuente III and Rogelio Guzman.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at Funeraria Del Angel, Chapel of Serenity in Mission from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in McAllen. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission.
