Alberto B. Garcia, 89, went to be with our Lord on June 25, 2019 at his residence in McAllen.
He is preceded in death by his parents Maximiliano Garcia and Petra Barrera Garcia; his children Marianita Hernandez, Alberto Garcia Jr., and Hector Eliud Garcia; and by his sisters Carolina Garza and Amada Benitez.
He is survived by his wife Elidia Garcia Garcia; his children Humbelinda Moreno(Santiago), Max Garcia(Mary), Petra Torres(Arturo), Anna Celia Ramirez(Jose) and Julissa Cantu(Lesmar); his son-in-law Juan Hernandez and daughter-in-law Martina Garcia; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and by his siblings Genoveva Lopez, Anita Garcia and Rosaura Gonzalez(Ariel).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 28, 2019 at Funeraria Del Angel Chapel of Remembrance from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Funeraria Del Angel at 9:00 pm. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission.
